Hey friends —
I'm Abby. Forbes 30 Under 30 in Games, award-winning AAA games producer, international speaker, & Women in Games Ambassador.

About Me

I lead the development of core gameplay systems and environments on an unannounced title at Riot Games. Previously, I was the Lead Gameplay Producer on Legends of Runeterra, where I managed a 40+ person cross-disciplinary team—spanning design, engineering, and more—to deliver high-quality expansions for a global player base.
I didn’t come into games through a traditional path. My career began in IT, with no CS degree, no game design background, and no industry connections. But I asked questions, built scalable systems, and supported the people around me—eventually helping ship 10+ AAA titles at PlayStation Studios, including The Last of Us Part II, God of War: Ragnarök, Spider-Man, and Helldivers 2.
Working as a woman in a male-dominated industry means navigating underestimation, invisibility, and the constant pressure to overdeliver. I’ve felt it. I’ve lived it. It’s why I actively mentor women and marginalized creatives—because I want the next generation to have more access, more agency, and fewer barriers to entry than I did.
That lived experience is part of what makes me an effective production leader. I build values-driven, outcome-focused teams that ship excellent work and take care of each other. I don’t just manage the roadmap—I protect the people on it.

Games connect people—on both sides of the screen.
I specialize in building strong, resilient teams that deliver at scale. I believe creative sustainability isn’t just a value—it’s a leadership requirement. And I care deeply about growing pipelines that bring in new voices and support them for the long haul.
