Hey friends —
I'm Abby. Forbes 30 Under 30 in Games, award-winning AAA games producer, international speaker, & Women in Games Ambassador.

About Me

As a producer, speaker, and mentor, I specialize in AAA game production, keynotes, and early career mentorship for under-represented communities in the gaming space. I believe in leveraging my experience in the gaming and entertainment industries to drive meaningful change.
My expertise lies in building successful cross-functional teams, shepherding game development lifecycles, and delivering massive AAA titles while fostering initiatives for diverse voices in the gaming and tech industries.

Games have a unique way of bringing people - players AND developers - together.
I'm an IT analyst turned AAA video game producer, international speaker, and mentor dedicated to amplifying diverse voices in the industry. Currently, I work at Riot Games, where I lead strategy, development, and execution for the core gameplay systems and environments on an unannounced project. Before that, I was the Lead Gameplay Producer for Legends of Runeterra, Riot's award-winning collectible card game, leading a team of over 40 developers to bring exciting new expansions to players around the world.
My career in gaming started with PlayStation Studios, where I contributed to 10 different AAA titles, including hits like The Last of Us: Part II, the Spider-Man franchise, God of War: Ragnarök, and Helldivers 2. There, I juggled pipelines across cinematic animation, environments, outsourcing, and technical art.
These days, my focus is on creating amazing gaming experiences, but I also enjoy sharing my knowledge through public speaking and mentorship. I've spoken at events like San Diego Comic Con and WonderCon, and I've given keynotes and participated in panels all across the world. I'm also active in the community, volunteering and helping others navigate their careers in gaming.
Featured Companies & Collaborations
My journey is marked by meaningful work with leading entertainment companies and organizations, where I've contributed to impactful projects and initiatives that - quite simply - make it better to be a gamer.
